Spanish model Eugenia Silva is the cover girl for the fashion magazine Elle Mexico for the month of January 2010. Spanish Elle also named Eugenia Silva as model of the year at one stage. She’s definitely a beautiful senorita and worthy of being featured as the the cover girl.
